AhlulBayt News Agency - A Palestinian young man was killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday evening near Beit El military barrier after claiming he tried to stab one of the soldiers.
The Hebrew website 0404 said that a young Palestinian tried to stab one of the soldiers at the barrier, north of el-Bireh, but was shot dead on the spot, adding that none of the soldiers was injured.
The Palestinian health ministry reported the news without giving name of the youth.
The number of Palestinians killed by IOF soldiers since the Jerusalem Intifada started in early October last year thus rose to 185 including 40 minors and 7 women.
